LEAN IN is an 8 week, small group fitness package which includes personal training, nutrition counseling and learning techniques that will empower you to succeed!

 

I am Michele Stutzman and I have been in the fitness industry for over 30 years, leading, instructing, and inspiring others to not only putting one foot in front of the other, and challenging them to new spaces, but to also have fun while doing it!

EMPOWER: Strength & Fitness

Along with the personalized training and nutrition counselling  you will receive with LEAN IN, you will also have access to Alt12 Fitness facility and classes.  Try out our cardio equipment, Kangoo Jump rebound shoes, TRX, Kettle bells and weight machines.  You will also have unlimited access to our great variety of Group Exercise Classes such as Pump it Up, Step, Total Body, Pilates, Dance Fitness, Cycle, Zumba and more.  Check out our current schedule for the available class and times.

 

I am Lacy Bennett Founder of Influx Integrative Wellness. I specialize is transformational coaching and food allergy elimination. In 2012 I received my health coaching certificate from the Integrative Institute of Nutrition and then my A.A. in Complementary and Alternative medicine in January 2018.
